Water Damage Restoration

The process of drying out properties affected by water. Homes can become water damaged from different sources, including roof leaks, ground water, dishwasher leaks, frozen pipes, sewage backups and many others. First step is to extract excess water, followed by removing damaged building materials. The structure is then dried out using dehumidifiers and air movers to a level to ensure no mold growth or further damage occurs.

Mold Remediation

Mold growth can begin within 72 hours of water damage if the structure is not attended to quickly. Once mold has formed more precautions have to be taken to ensure mold spores do not spread through the rest of the home. If mold is discovered in the home action needs to be taken immediately to prevent severe respiratory issues to occupants.

Fire/Smoke Restoration

In the event that a building has been affected by fire, we first remove all salvageable contents from the building for cleaning and inventory the things that are unsalvageable. We then remove any building materials (drywall, framing, flooring, etc.) deemed unfit for reuse in rebuilding. What’s left after is smoke damaged, we clean smoke using a variety of detergents and equipment, to ensure no odor is left in the building.

Trauma Cleanup

The process of cleaning blood, tissue, and bodily fluids after a homicide, suicide, violent assault, or unattended death occurs. The residence must be inspected and cleaned with the most due diligence to ensure nothing is skipped over or left unattended. Vapor Barriers

Home owners with a crawlspace, normally don’t realize the liability it is to have one without a vapor barrier. A vapor barrier is a protective layer of sheathing under the home that helps control the temperature (lowering energy costs) and also lowers the level of moisture and humidity (preventing mold growth and the issues that follow). Its highly recommended if you have a crawlspace to get a vapor barrier.
